Well Ive noticed that basil grows well with moderate watering and the more sun the bigger. As far as fertilizers go i would only use homemade compost call me weird but it just tastes better. Emotional scar. ruining my life and my future.?

Is there any way in totally removing scars in the face? I have two visible scars located at my cheeks and at my forehead. The scar in the forehead is the most critical one because it is ruining my life and my future. I know, you wouldn't understand me. I am suffering from so much shyness and this suffering is exacerbated by these scars. I had already gone to a plastic surgeon to fix this hole-like scar in my forehead. Unfortunately, my problem got worse because the new scar from surgery is really visible and its shape is like letter 'Z'. I am always hiding the scar since then with my bangs. Now, my clmates teased me about my bangs and I am totally devastated about it. Why didn't the US army make camouflage fatigues the standard battle dress uniform in the 1950's?

I know the USMC and ARMy were experimenting with some camouflage patterns towards the end of World war II. From my understanding the uniform didn't go over well in Europe as it resulted in a lot of friendly fire. However why did the pattern not become standard after the war, to the best of my knowledge most fatigues from 1945-1980 were olive drab or greenexcept for helmet covers and the occasional camouflage uniform issued to the special forces.

I've seen a lot of questions these days about senior cats getting ill and automatically, their owners probably without vet consult. decide it's time! Ex: if the cat stops eating or if the cat starts peeing everywhere or their cats start to hide..... some owners don't even bother to have a vet exam because they say their cat is old! Some say their cat goes in hiding because they know they are about to die. They don't realize the cat might be in pain and it might be just something simple which is treatable. I would be in full support of the school if they wanted to expel him. Definitely a suspension from school would be in order. If they took him off the bus permanently, I would support that as well. I would also (obviously) confie the knife and search his room for any other such items. He would definitely be sat down and we would both (his father and I) have a discussion about the situation. However, I'm betting that the home he comes from is nothing like mine, where we have taught our children from very small how they are to treat other people, first expecting them to treat their siblings in a right manner and going from there. Some parents really don't teach that, and if there is violence in the home, that is where he learned it. But if it were my child, he would also be grounded to his room for at least a week. And he would be driven over to that other boy's house with both of us present (me and his dad) and apologize formally to the child and sincerely.

i had the implant 2 weeks ago, it was extremely painful as the doctor said the anaesthetic did not go up far enough, as it hurt i jumped and now it seems the implant as it gets further up is very close to the skin. I have already collected through the esper air ault pre-con deck 2, shards of allure booster packs, and 3 conflux booster packs blue and black colored cards that include a decent amount of artifact creature rogues, including 3 salvage slashers that give the neat ability to get +1/+0 for every artifact in the graveyard, which ofcourse makes it mainly an attacking card then. So I was wondering if I can buy several rogue and black colored with some blue colored cards from the morningtide and lorywyn set and combine them with the rogue artifact cards cards with the exception of a few black and a few blue cards and form an artifact/rogue deck or artifice rogue deck (which ever sounds more appealing :) ) Note I will also include 5 rogue equipment cards from the morningtide set which also count as artifacts

Some people just can't help but poke their nose into other people's business. Sometimes the best way to handle these people is not to antagonize the situation, so just a big smile and something like "Hi, I do hope I'm not in your way, I'll only be a minute." So that you're taking the wind out of their sales. I've met one or two people like this in my time and when I was younger I would have given out to them, thus making everything worse. I've learned that it really is best to keep calm and polite in these situations. Funnily enough there was a guy recently at the check out in the supermarket and he was clearly annoyed that I had let someone in front of me, who had only one item and I had a trolly load. He was very loud and sarcastic so I asked him if he would also like to go in front of me, he said I would be there all day if I kept letting people in. So I just continued to chat to him, pretending I thought he was being chatty and nice. He calmed down as I refused to be intimidated by him. Just know there will always be people with whom we come into conflict with outside of the home, they may be angry, crazy, or drunk or drugged or just plain pathetic individuals, you can't change them just change the way you handle it and don't let it get to you.I bet that guy you met at the car park feels a bit foolish now.

Hi, I have a Verbatim 2.5" Portable Hard Drive USB 2.0 320GB. When I first bought it (last year) it beeped on a certain computer but worked for everyone else. The ones that worked had different types of windows so that wouldn't be the problem. After a year, I lost the cable and have bought a new one. This one however, was 30 volts (or something like that) and the hard drive beeped for every computer, even ones that were previously working. Only one computer sometimes worked. To make that one work, I hate to adjust the wire so therefore, it's the wire that are causing this. I'm gonna get a new cable but which one should I get. I don't have the instructions manual for the hard drive. Can someone help me?

So... I have always been rasied Catholic and so was my husband but we did not get married in the church so we are now non practicing catholics. Put Milk on your soiled knickers and soak for about 20 minutes, then rinse with cool water and then use plain bar soap (does not matter what kind as long as it does not have heavy moisturizers in it) put the soap on the stain and rub the fabric with both hand in a side to side motion. When it comes to anaemia you need iron tabs and iron rich foods (liver is really good to get your iron up fast but tastes nasty I think and the only way I would ever eat it is with tons of ketchup on it so I can't taste the liver itself. Some people love liver, it is def an acquired taste) See your dr about these heavy periods, you could have a medical condition that is causing this and could be an easy fix or they might suggest birth control pills because for some people it helps to lighten periods. Hope this helps and hang in there, it does get easier.

How do I remove bathtub stems-dripping faucet??

I have a constant drip coming from the bathtub faucet. Someone told me it could be the stem, but I can not get them out. I have removed the knobs (a two knob set up-cold and hot) to access the stems. I saw a hexagonal type shape thinking it was the stem, but all that came out was a bolt looking thing with threading on it. The stem is still connected and all I can see is a circle. No tub socket will fit around this circular object. I have tried pulling this circular thing out thinking it is a washer, but it will not move. I do not know how old the faucet is or what brand it is as it is unmarked and came with the house. What can I do besides using a hammer on it out of frustration? I have already been to lowes three times today and they are no help.

I really don't like any of them. They look too casual for a wedding especially if you want them to wear the necklaces in the wedding. Even a casual wedding. You want to get them something that would not only be nice for your wedding, but something they would want to wear again. I would go for something a little more clic and elegant like a single pendant on a silver chain. Dogeared jewelery is really nice and they have a lot of stuff that they advertise as "perfect for bridesmaids" but it's still pretty reasonably priced. For Kel Tec P11 onwers. Problems with mags?

So I got another new gun yesterday, it is a Kel Tec P11. One of the problems is loading the mags are a little hard. When it get to the 7th round it is almost impossible to push down. I even took the paint off one of my bullets. Now I own a G19, Ruger p95, and a Bersa .380 and I have no problem with the mag loading. I've also read some other internet forums on this and many other people said the same thing. Besides getting an autoloader, is there anyway to make the mag loading easy for the P11?

Why is my front knee getting torqued on my snowboard?

I am riding a burton king snow board with burton custom bindings. I ride regular footed. My angles are set at just past +15 on the front and +7.5 on the back. I am riding in the alps, and there are a lot of left running trails and I find myself riding on my back edge a lot. After a day of snowboarding the out side of my front foot is really painful and my knee feels like it is about to be torqued out of the socket. What does this re-occurring dream mean?

I'm awake in the middle of the night. I'm standing at the bottom of my stair case when suddenly I look up the stairs. There is the dark silouette of a big, tall man. I try as hard as I can to scream and run for my parents. But no matter how hard I try, all that comes out is a croak of my voice and I can not move. The man runs down the stairs and wraps an arm around my neck and the other is keeping me back. Okay, here's the thing - I really Really REALLY want to become an astronaut. I've wanted to since i was tiny - my first word was 'moon'. Its all i can think about. I do very well in my sciences (i got 100% for my entire science GCSE) and pretty good in maths (i'm predicted an a* for gcse). At A level i want to take Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Maths. After this, i want to go to university - but here's the thing - what course should i take? I know the ESA website says physics, but there are so many physics courses! should i take physics with astrophysics? space systems? engineering?... please help! How to focus and stop procrastinating?

Im a senior in high school in the rigorous IB at school and from the beginning of time, I have ritually left things to the last minute. I've always finished just in the knick of time, but now that I have a gigantic workload, and I actually find myself not finishing. My remedy for this is usually skipping school to finish, but I've skipped so much school, that I'm at the point where I need a legit excuse to do so now. Procrastinating not only happens with school work, but also in pretty much every aspect of my life such as cleaning my room (unless the cleaning lady does it), I'm always late for school (most of the time by only 2-5 minutes), and in social events (I'm always late when meeting up with friends lol). This has to stop, but I honestly don't know what to do because the stress is starting to cause physiological problems in my body like stomach problems and headaches. My mind is constantly wandering and I think I might have ADD-inattentive. What can I do to stop procrastinating and lower the anxiety in my life because I am literally breaking down :(

Battery Problems in 2005 Dodge Caravan?

Lately our battery in our 2005 Dodge Caravan has failed on us a few times. A quick jump (a literal touch to another battery) and it starts right up. We were told by the dealer that we don't drive it enough... that in only taking short trips it doesn't have time to adequately recharge. I've never heard of anything like that before, to me a battery either has a sufficient charge or it doesn't and needs to be replaced. Now however we're experiencing multiple electrical component failures or oddities... from the driver power window working for a few days... then not... to the brake light suddenly coming on for no reason... to our Uconnect not working then suddenly coming on in the middle of a conversation... then going out again. I know a little about this breed from the research I have done, as it is a breed that I have looked into getting myself. I have been recently worrying about skin cancer, sunspots, etc. I'm very fair-skinned. I haven't been out in the sun much recently, but I was outside more when I was younger (I'm 15 now.) Although I usually put on sunscreen, I did get a pretty bad sunburn when I was in middle school. All of my other sun burns have been fairly mild. I'm just concerned that some of those sunburns will catch up to me. I haven't been outside much the past few years, which is why I'm very pale at the moment. I've always been fair-skinned and have burned easily. I'm going to try to stay out of the sun as much as possible, although I do have a bit of a sunburn at the moment. Used same bright yellow feeders, in same spots with fresh thistle as last year. Not a one single yellow finch has come to the feeders. A few sparrows found the one in the front of my house, but no even the sparrows are visiting the one in the backyard, and it is next to an inhabited birdhouse.
