Is possible to build an artifact/rogue deck in mtg following type 2 format?

I have already collected through the esper air ault pre-con deck 2, shards of allure booster packs, and 3 conflux booster packs blue and black colored cards that include a decent amount of artifact creature rogues, including 3 salvage slashers that give the neat ability to get +1/+0 for every artifact in the graveyard, which ofcourse makes it mainly an attacking card then. So I was wondering if I can buy several rogue and black colored with some blue colored cards from the morningtide and lorywyn set and combine them with the rogue artifact cards cards with the exception of a few black and a few blue cards and form an artifact/rogue deck or artifice rogue deck (which ever sounds more appealing :) ) Note I will also include 5 rogue equipment cards from the morningtide set which also count as artifacts
