Why are Congress Democrats are just as guilty as Bush for the Iraq War (Despite what Obama and Biden Say)?

Bush managed to convince the congress with his push for war, whats the big deal? Many democrats regret it, but why don't any republicans regret it?? Thats the big difference. The people are sick of this war and Republicans are out of touch.
