What motherboard does the HP Pavilion Elite HPE-410f have and does it support a 500 watt power supply?

I'm wanting to get a better graphics card (My current one is an ATI Radeon HD 5570, not that great) but I need at least a 500 watt power supply and I don't know if this PC will be compatible with a 500 watt power supply.
