Is the gameplay quality or gameplay itself different in AC2 from Ac brotherhood or is it the same?

its pretty similiar. except u can't really take the offensive when fighting. like in Brotherhood u can be the one to attack and win. but in AC2 u have to usually wait for them to attack and either country attack or dodge. u can attack but it takes longer to kill them. u have less weaposn in AC 2, but other than that im pretty sure its mostly the same. a few less moves but thats it
