Am i good enough to kill Jad on RuneScape stats in details.?

I'm level 105 with 56 prayer, 81 Constitution, 74 Range (I can easily get this higher if needed), 82 Mage (don't know if this will be of any use), 83 attack, 77 Defence (I can get this higher easily if needed),and 84 Strength. Do you think i'm good enough to kill Jad and what i should level up and what should i wear? Thanks. Also my username is Seeable.
