Bank Transfering for receiving payment?

I am very skeptical with a transaction asked of me. A new dealership in the UK wants to buy my car from me in Hawaii. They want to bank transfer me the money then have me western union the shipper the portion for shipping cause they said he isn't a US citizen so he has no bank account. It's supposed to be Briscoe Motors UK. Anyone hear of one in UK? Also am I going to have to give out my bank account # and what not? Is there any way to have my bank supervise this transaction? I don't want to have someone wipe out my bank account. So what sould I do any advice?
