Why do i have no glans on my ?

The glans is covered by the foreskin. You do have one underneath, even if you've never seen it. Sometimes the foreskin doesn't become retractable until a later age during the teenage years. If that becomes a problem for you, though, there are ways of stretching the skin to loosen it enough to retract over the glans.
