Unable to understand my health problem,feeling embarred to consult a doctor?

i used to be embarrised regarding my doctors, i changed my doctor to a lady doctor. im more relaxed talking to her etc you need to talk to a doctor or practice nurse. you wont be first guy and you wont be the last guy with this condition.take a mate with you.
