Do you feel that good pitching seems to be much more important than good hitting?

Its both way ok an example is the Rays, sometimes there pitchers give them good starts but all of a sudden they give up two or three runs, then there lineup go into panic mode then they cant get a hit, it depends you need good pitching and clutch hitting to win games.
