Hey, problem with my phone!?

hey i live in canada, and i bought a lg vantage mobile phone at the start of this summer and the touch screen has always been a little problematic, now it just stopped working. the phone still works its just that the touch screen isn't. how much should this cost if i take it in to get fixed? thanks!
