Cell phone companies have tons of deals with corporations/businesses. There is a good chance that all state has a deal with either one or maybe even a couple carriers to give you a discount off your monthly bill. The best way to find out, contact a higher up person at your business and see if they offer employees discounts on cell phones. They will be able to give you all the information you need to give to the verizon or other carrier. I know Sprint only needed a pay stub from my work to get my discount. If you are going to have multiple lines, ask if it is ok. If it is, the primary number is going to have to be your number also it has to be in your name.
