High SATs and low SAT IIs.?

I got a 2300 (720 R, 800 M, 780W) on my SATs in March and I took subject tests in math II and physics yesterday. I'm predicting around a 740 for math and 720 for physics. The scores are relatively good, but the percentiles aren't great. Among many other schools, I'm likely applying early to Dartmouth. Will these subject test scores completely weaken my application? Should I take SAT IIs in humanities come October?
