How far down can one stay from 110 KV line ?

my house is on the ground floor of a three storied building .Just a Little above the third floor there is a 110 KV line ping .It is causing disturbance on my mobile phone signal ..Is it dangerous to stay there .if so what are the risk factors involved .i have been staying here with my son since 4 months
