Inconsistency Within Marvel Power Grid?

Is it just me or marvel (2004) official power grid's a complete contradiction? They said that Captain America(Steve Rogers) can lift over a 1-ton, whom have been prided as possessing peak human abilities but not superhuman in any definition, but the official power grid claims that (Lv. 2) peak condition is lifting twice one body weight to 363kg(MAX) which making captain America a superhuman. Seriously, am I reading this wrong or marvel screwing up?
