Are fences prohibited in Cuyahoga County?

You can put fences up. My Uncle lives in Garfield Hts and put a fence in his back yard. I live in Cleveland Hts. and we put a fence up in our back yard. You just have to make sure you're putting it up on your property and not your neighbors.
