Why is the entire world so Anti US?

Its not just silly jealousy because as a person said online, if a person plans for 20 years or more a careful plan to infiltrate and do terrorist acts. Its not childish jealousy this is a bitter and deeply ingrained hatred. Is it their arrogance (which is unfounded arrogance always is)? Is it because there is not one nation on the earth they have not offended? Or is more?
