Which movies or TV shows include a "second mom"?

I'm looking to watch something that somehow involves a second mom, that's someone who, in a way, replaces the actual mom. I wouldn't mind seeing a movie or tv show (maybe a certain episode) that shows someone replacing an actual mom because the actual mom died but I would prefer to see something about someone replacing an actual mom because the actual mom is emotionally neglectful and has perhaps emotionally abandoned her children. Basically, a movie, TV show or certain episode of a TV show in which a woman acts as a second mom to a girl because the girl's mom may be physically there but not emotionally would be great, thanks.
