What do I do ? My puppy caught and ate 2 Birds !!?

My 14 week old ****-zu / Bichon puppy ate an almost full magpie bird !! We found her eating it and all that was left was its wings and carcus. Also, She seemed quite protective of it . About a week later, We found her chewing a small bird, I am not sure if it was dead or what. What should I do for her? Will it harm her??
