How do i get over HIM!?!?

Ok there is this guy, {Evan} who i literally, LOVE. We never went out or anything, but i have liked him for nearly 2 years. This year, {actually about 2 weeks ago} My best friend Vanessa asked him out for me. He didn't answer, so every ones like "OMG if he didn't like you he would have said no by noW!!" And my "friends" Brittany and Briana said he rated me "8 out of 10} But when he didn't answer, Vanessa asked him in person and he got all sad and sympathetic and just whispered no and took off. Vanessa told me and i cried for 6 HOURS STRAIGHT. That next day my eyelids were SWOLLEN from crying. Well, I still like him and I try to talk to him but I just CAN'T!! I still REALLY REALLY REALLY like him but I just can't get myself to confront him. Today Brittany told me that he said I was ugly and obviously that made me cry and I threatened to suffocate myself with a pillow but back to the subject i don't think i should believe ANYTHING Brittany says. So PLEASE help me!! Tell me either how to get over him or what to do!! THANKS!!! ♥heartbroken
