Can sony DAV-DZ170 home theater work on a panasonic viera tv?

Since it's a dvd system, and dvd is 480p, you'll be fine. Even if it's an upconvert dvd system (which I suspect it is, I only gave it a cursory glance), the system will work fine with your tv.
